Sistema de Gestión Documental para el Registro de Contratos de Servicios en MasNet S.A.

Abstract

Effective management of service contracts represents a fundamental component for private organizations, as it ensures information traceability, legal security, document control, and compliance with current regulations. At MasNet S.A., contractual administration processes are mainly carried out manually and through dispersed mechanisms, which increases the risk of information loss, generates operational delays, and hinders timely access to documents. In this context, the objective of this study is to design a Document Management System aimed at the registration and control of service contracts at MasNet S.A., supported by digital technologies, process automation, and the implementation of information security mechanisms. The research is based on a Systematic Literature Review, through which key functionalities, models and standards, technological architectures, and evaluation metrics applicable to contract document management were identified. As a result, a system model is proposed that integrates a centralized repository, version control, approval workflows, contract life cycle management, and role-based access control, thereby contributing to the optimization of administrative processes and the strengthening of organizational efficiency.
